All massages include a functional assessment to customize therapy to your goals and condition.  Nature of treatment will be personally designed, using appropriate modalities, for optimum effectiveness.  Modalities that may be utilized in treatment: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular/Energy Release, Shiatsu, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Active Range of Motion and Stretching.  $90/90 min.; $60/60 min.;  $35/30 min.

Relax & Renew: Break the stress cycle with 30 minutes of relaxing therapeutic massage.  Can be performed fully clothed.  $30

Reflexology: Begin with soothing foot soak, followed by an ancient science to improve circulation and nerve supply leaving the feet feeling energized and the whole body relaxed.  $25/20 min.; $40/40 min.

Active ROM & Stretching (fully clothed): No time to stretch on your own!  Come in for assistance to increase range of motion and flexibility.  $20/15 min.; $40/30 min.

Aromatherapy: Add on to any treatment.  $10

Packages: Combine any massage treatment with private yoga and receive a 25% discount.

Yoga

Yoga therapy focuses on managing and improving overall health, including reducing stress, increasing flexibility, strength and treating symptoms of chronic health issues.  Yoga therapy works on the whole person, not just the physical condition, to achieve optimal health.

Private/Semi-private personalized yoga: Personalized instruction and assistance with postures, gives you the individual attention and privacy to achieve confidence in developing your own home practice or striving to join group practice.  Private: $60/60 min.; Semi-private $35/30 min. per person.  Comfortable clothing recommended.

Thai Yoga Massage: Experience a dynamic massage using yoga stretches, compression, and acupressure to promote free flow of energy and restore balance, creating a deep state of relaxation and well being.  $60/60 min.; $35/30 min.  Comfortable clothing recommended.

Prenatal Yoga and/or Massage: Relax and relieve common discomforts through yoga and/or massage.  You and your baby will love it!  $50/50 min.; $35/30 min.
