Reflexology: Begin with soothing foot soak, followed by
an ancient science to improve circulation and nerve supply leaving
the feet feeling energized and the whole body relaxed. $25/20 min.;

CranioSacral Therapy: A light-touch approach to relieve
pain and improve whole-body health and performance. Through the
stresses of daily living, disease and injury, our bodies experience
strain and tension. With too much strain or tension tissues tightens
which potentially affect the brain and spinal cord.
CST aids in releases those tensions to allow the entire body to
relax and self-correct.
CST improves the body’s ability to self-heal, relieving pain,
illness and dysfunction, including:
- Migraines and headaches
- Chronic Neck and Back Pain
- Chronic Fatigue
- Fibromylagia
- TMJ Syndrome
- Central Nervous System Disorders and
- many other conditions.
Sessions typically last sixty minutes and are performed in a quiet,
private setting. The cost is $60 per session.

Yoga therapy focuses on managing and improving overall health,
including reducing stress, increasing flexibility, strength and
treating symptoms of chronic health issues. Yoga therapy works on
the whole person, not just the physical condition, to achieve optimal
health.
Private/Semi-private personalized yoga
Personalized instruction and assistance with postures, gives you
the individual attention and privacy to achieve confidence in developing
your own home practice or striving to join group practice. Private:
$60/60 min.; Semi-private $35/30 min. per person. Comfortable clothing

Thai Yoga Massage: Experience a dynamic massage using yoga
stretches, compression, and acupressure to promote free flow of
energy and restore balance, creating a deep state of relaxation
and well being. $60/60 min.; $35/30 min. Comfortable clothing recommended.
Prenatal Yoga and/or Massage: Relax and relieve common discomforts
through yoga and/or massage. You and your baby will love it! $50/50
min.; $35/30 min.
Group Classes
Unless otherwise indicated, classes are taught in the Hatha
Yoga tradition and are suitable for all levels of experience.
Modifications are offered to suit each students individual
needs/desires. Hatha Yoga combines breathing techniques (pranayama)
with postures (asanas) to improve strength, flexibility, balance
while reducing stress.
Yoga for Anybody is designed for any Body regardless
of age, fitness level, or physical limitations. Movements are gentle
and flowing with emphasis on proper breathing, safe alignment and
good posture.
Vinyasa is a vigorous style of yoga offering more physical
and mental challenge for the student. Previous yoga experience is
recommended.
Yoga on the Ball is a fun class designed to improve core
strength while performing yoga, strength training and fitness exercises.
All classes are taught by certified yoga instructors nationally
recognized through the National Yoga Alliance.
