Heart in Hands Yoga's qualified and dedicated yoga instructors come from all walks of life, thus bringing their own style of teaching and expertise to their classes. Each instructor strives to adapt to each student's individual needs so that they may have the opportunity to realize the benefits of yoga and find their fullest potential.

In 1995, Vicki found yoga in 1995, while searching for means to heal her body and reduce stress in her life. After numerous back problems, including two back surgeries, she exhausted western and some eastern medicine treatment and then she discovered yoga. It was through yoga she realized a reduction in her back pain, a stronger body, and, to her surprise, a beginning of balance and harmony in her life.
In 1998, Vicki began her training as a yoga instructor and frequently enhances her teaching skills through workshops and retreats. Almost daily, she is faced with new challenges and finds her greatest lessons learned come from her wonderful students.
Vicki began teaching in 1999 and now personally teaches several classes weekly as well as works privately with several clients. She specializes in adapting and personalizing yoga sessions for the special needs of her students and private clients.
In 2004, after successful completion of a therapeutic massage therapy program at the Flint School of Therapeutic Massage, Heart in Hands LLC was created. Heart in Hands combines Vicki's years of experience in the fitness and yoga industry with therapeutic and Thai yoga massage.

Vicki A. Kosnik offers private and semi-private personalized instruction incorporating yoga, fitness, therapeutic and/or Thai yoga massage and reflexology to obtain optimal results.
